MANAGER, GLOBAL EMPLOYER BRAND, WEWORK (New York, US / London, UK)

Headed up WeWork’s global employer brand team across time zones. Developed strategy to activate a new EVP, focusing on talent attraction and engagement. Led the rebrand of WeWork's careers site, resulting in an award-winning experience. Launched targeted LinkedIn campaigns and produced videos to build brand awareness. Successfully led Great Place to Work® certification in key markets. Improved Glassdoor score from 3.2 to 3.7. Designed a 90-day onboarding email journey for new hires. Activated the updated company values through a new culture newsletter. Launched WeWork's first employee advocacy program.

2023

The RAD Awards celebrate stand-out employer brand creative. WeWork was shortlisted in the "Best Employer Website" category in 2023, recognizing the careers site project I led.

2022

The Recruitment Marketing Awards recognize excellence in recruitment marketing. WeWork was shortlisted in the "Best Recruitment Website" category in 2022, highlighting the careers site project I spearheaded.

2021

My team at WeWork won the "Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn" category at the 2021 LinkedIn Talent Awards, which recognizes companies building a strong employer brand and engaging with their audience in a meaningful way.

2017 - 2018

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CONTENT / CREATIVE, Punch (London, UK)

Led the content efforts of my agency, Punch’s main client, Sony Mobile. Oversaw their global social channels, which at the time engaged an audience of 25+ million. Provided creative input and project management leadership, and headed client communications for product announcements, photo and video shoots, and large-scale creative projects.

2015 - 2017

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, Factory Berlin (Berlin, Germany)

Headed up Factory’s content and developed strategy for all social channels, resulting in 330% growth over two years. Launched and ran the brand publication, Factory Magazine, telling the stories of Factory’s community while engaging a global audience. Interviewed the founders and CEOs of some of the most influential brands and key technology players, including Airbnb, Y Combinator, Evernote, and Clue. Project managed videos from idea to production and measuring impact.

2015

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT, ElektroCouture (Berlin, Germany)

Helped lay the foundations for the brand’s communication strategy, kickstart its social media channels, and capitalize on PR opportunities. Working closely with founder & CEO Lisa Lang, supported the launch of ElektroCouture’s first collection on ASOS Marketplace in July 2015.

2011 - 2014

VARIOUS ROLES IN POLITICAL COMMUNICATIONS (Vienna, Austria / Budapest, Hungary)

Started my career in politics before transitioning to a more creative world. At Hungary’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office in Vienna, I attended meetings held by the UN, conducted research, and helped organize events. At the Hungarian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration in Budapest, I ensured that my department’s global communications ran smoothly by coordinating media relations, writing press releases, and facilitating interviews.
